The District Manger works to support Raising The Village programs in Uganda and to support our Team Leads and Officers in all aspects of their work. They provide a mentorship and leadership role for all staff and ensure follow through on project designs and work plans. The ideal candidate will be someone who can guide, coach, mentor and train employees.

The Procurement Officer will be responsible for implementing all procurement and logistics activities regarding the acquisition of goods and services. The procurement officer will be responsible and accountable for managing and delivering quality logistic services for the organization in a timely manner.

Project Officer (Uganda)
The Project Officer works directly with our Project Villages from project selection to completion, and supports all aspects of the RTV Programme. Project Officers travel frequently to assigned villages to facilitate all aspects of our approach including community meetings, training, data collection and implementation.

Development Analyst (Toronto)
Working in concert with the Founder and Managing Director, the Development Analyst will pursue opportunities to raise $5 million+ over the next three years by executing important administrative and support functions; undertaking targeted research of prospective philanthropic partners; assisting in the drafting of proposals, reports and other communications; and by contributing to creative strategies to steward new and existing individual and foundation donors – with potential for growth for the right candidate.
